Network - This is the company or organisation that deals with the offer sites. It is also these that order and pay for your free gift with the money that comes from people completing offers. EG. Freebiejeebies (The biggest company available) and Kudos

Green - A green is basically a person who has signed up to a network under your referral link and has successfully completed an offer. You will see the word "completed" next to the person's email address on your "Account Status" page.

Yellow/Pending - Someone has signed up under your referral link and completed an offer but the network are waiting to hear from the offer company as to whether the person has completed the offer correctly. A "Pending" will appear next to the person's email address on your "Account Status" page. The status will normally change to "Completed" if they done the offer correctly or "Revoked" if they haven't.

Red/Not Completed - Someone has signed up under referral link but hasn't attempted to complete an offer yet or the offer hasn't been credited properly.

Revoked - Greens may become revoked due to the person who signed up under you either not completing an offer correctly (eg. with casino sites someone could wage £5 on red and £5 on black which isn't deemed and gambling) or the person may have broke the terms and conditions of the offer site.

Shipped/STV/Sent To Vendor - This means that your item has been ordered and is on its way to you. Freebiejeebies order items brand new, for example if you chose an iPhone 4 as a free gift your iPhone would be ordered directly from Apple. The time taken to deliver your gift depends entirely on the free gift you chose and where its been ordered from.

Verification - Verification is the period of time during which your account is checked to make sure freebiejeebies Terms & Conditions have not been breached. During verification, they also check that the referrals you have gained have also adhered to their Terms & Conditions. Verifications can usually take up to around 7 days.

Processing - This is the period after your account has been verified succesfully. This means that they have received the order and are currently processing/ordering it. Orders are normally placed within a few days of your account passing verification. Once your item(s) have been ordered, the account status will be updated to "shipped" or "Sent To Vendor".

User On Hold - A user's account is placed on hold if they have broken (or are suspected to have broken) one or more of freebiejeebies Terms and Conditions and has had his/her account suspended. Please familiarise yourself with the Terms & Conditions to ensure that this does not happen to you.
